The early part of this year has proved very busy, in both our sales and lettings teams. With fantastic results in both departments, we are clearly rivalling our competitors and wowing our clients. So all in all ‘Team Clear’ are performing outstandingly.

The market place for sales has calmed down, gently, in comparison to the start of the year. We are not seeing the floods of property coming onto the market – however we have continued to sell the stock we have. In short this has lead to us now, pushing our flyers and marketing to try to create the brand awareness and bring in new properties for us to instruct to sell. Across the board ourselves and many agencies locally felt the hit from the elections, and have just started to feel a move within the market, setting us straight for the rush before half term.

Our lettings department had been quieter in the first quarter, however this has taken a housing boom, and in the last month we have seen numerous properties come onto the market and we have been very busy letting them. The lettings team have been very busy processing new lets, co-ordinating a lot of administration. We like to think our tenants and landlords are all very very happy.

We have said ‘Good Luck and Farewell… for now’ to Jodie, our Lettings manager, she has gone onto her maternity leave to have her first baby. Due in middle of June we hope Jodie thoroughly enjoys her maternity leave. Whilst we wait patiently to see if it is a boy or a little girl and then wait even more patiently for Jodie to return in March 2016. As many of you know Jodie has been a very valued and very key member of our team, for the 4 and a half years she has worked with us we have all grown very fond of Jodie and really wish her the very best.

Danielle Cosway has been challenged with staff training and her own studies. With her last exam next week, where we have every confidence she will pass with flying colours her NFOPP exams. Making her the second member of Clear Property to be affiliated with this well recognised award. It is a technical award of the sale of residential property.

Tom Wenborn our sales negotiator is proving himself to be an excellent negotiator within the sales team and has been producing some outstanding results. Well done Tom.

Both Laura Edwards and Katie Grange have been juggling around the various departments ensuring it all runs nice and smoothly and also been proving themselves to be key reliable members of our team.

All in all a superb start to our second quarter! With great thanks to our staff and the commitment they show to providing an excellent service to all our customers.

Now our expectations are high and we really want to push our Company Brand and focus on the opportunities that lay before us. Focussing on being innovative, as pro-active as we can.

Laura Edwards cut her hair and very kindly donated her cut to a local children’s hospice which was a brave thing to do, and I am sure will be hugely appreciated. Such a genuine and kind donation.

We will be supporting Age UK again for the BIG CHINWAG – with cakes, teas and coffee’s being sold to raise money for Age UK. We hope to raise £500 for this worthy cause close to our hearts. We will inviting you all to come and join us in June – with a raffle with the prize being £100 John Lewis vouchers. Come and meet our team, relax, down tools and enjoy in the fun. Friday the 26th June 2015 between 11-1pm. We hope to see you join us!
