Welcome to the July Edition of the Clear Property Newsletter whilst we are all struggling here with the odd weather of late we are still targeting the area for new properties.
June has seen many completions from Clear Property as we are still busy both selling and pushing through sales. The 2015 market is definitely on the up but as the spring rush dies down we are happy to see that the summer is still fruitful with new properties coming onto the market but high demand meaning they don’t stay around for long! Something we are sure will continue for the rest of the year.
Lettings has been a successful month also – we are launching new high demand branding to target specific areas as we cannot seem to keep up with the demand for new properties. Please keep an eye out for special offers which will be heading your way soon.
With our CLEAR and HONEST approach we thought it would be prudent to mention changes in advertising.
All advertising of fees now legally have to include VAT. This is something that Clear Property has taken on board. All branding leaflets and our website have been updated to reflect these changes. So don’t worry our price have not increased in fact we have actually reduced a few to make them look more appealing!
Clear Property has become the first agent to feature on the front page in the Home & Living review of the Express & Echo. This will be ongoing throughout the month on July. We will also be the sponsor of an advertorial. Our straps and front page advertising showcase some of our sales and lettings properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for us to push for new instructions and to allows us to stand out from other agents.
Not only are we successful in selling and letting properties our staff are all successful on their own merit.
Kelly has recently completed the gruelling North Devon half Marathon in a fantastic time of 2 hours 28 minutes. This sets her in excellent stead for her ongoing training for the full Marathon she will be running in Barnstaple in September, just 12 weeks away!
Danielle passed her exams meaning she is officially qualified in the Sale of Residential property. The exams are the equivalent to an A Level and means now both Kelly and Danielle can be accredited.
Both Kelly and Dani have also been nominated for The Venus Awards, referred to as the Working Women’s Oscars, the Venus Awards were formed in 2009 to recognise, reward and celebrate local working women in business. The ceremony will be held in November and we will keep you informed of how they both progress.
We are delighted to announce that our Lettings Manager Jodie Bond has finally given birth to a baby boy. Olly Jay Jones was born on Saturday 27th June weighing a healthy 7lb 12oz. All at Clear are so happy for Jodie and Scott and their new arrival, they make such a lovely family. We look forward to employing Olly Jay in 18 years’ time – something we feel is compulsory as the first Clear baby!!
Another new arrival to the office is Natalie Sparks who will be joining our team on a part time basis. Natalie is excited about the new challenges the role will bring, she will be working on both sales and lettings as additional office support and will be also be conducting viewings.
THE BIG CHIN WAG
Wow, where do we start?! The response to our Big Chin Wag in support of Age UK Exeter was overwhelming. Dani, Kelly and Laura baked a huge array of cupcakes, sponges, loafs and cake pops which only just saw to the demand. Thank you to all the passers-by that supported us. We absolutely smashed our target raising over £600.00 for this amazing cause. Keep an eye for our next spooktastic charity event.
